Cancellation Policy
How to cancel an order placed with Sandia Office Supply, and what happens once an order has been dispatched.
1. Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel an order at no cost at any point before it is dispatched. Email [email protected] with your order number and the word “cancel” in the subject line. Because handling time is 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat), cancellations are most reliable within a few hours of ordering.
2. Cancelling after dispatch
Once a parcel has been collected by the carrier it cannot be recalled. Treat it as a return instead: refuse the delivery or accept it and follow the Return & Refund Policy. The return window and the prepaid label apply as normal.
3. Refunds on cancellation
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method. Processing takes 5–7 business days, and your bank may take a little longer to display the credit.
4. Partial cancellation
You can cancel individual lines from an order before dispatch. If removing a line takes the order below the $199 free-shipping threshold, standard shipping of $12.99 will apply to the remaining items and this will be confirmed to you before we proceed.
5. Cancellation by us
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if it was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we cannot verify the billing or delivery details. You will be told why and refunded in full. We do not cancel orders without notifying you.
6. Changing an order
We cannot edit the contents of a paid order. Cancel it and place a new one — provided it has not yet been dispatched, this is quicker than any alternative.
