Payment Policy

All prices are shown and charged in United States Dollars (USD $). We do not charge in any other currency.

The methods available at checkout are: Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), WeChat Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal. The list shown on the checkout page at the time of your order is definitive — if a method is not offered there, we cannot accept it.

Card payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. Card numbers are never stored on this website and never reach our servers. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, together with the last four digits for reconciliation.

Payment is authorised when you place the order and captured when the order is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Where an instalment provider appears at checkout, the credit agreement is between you and that provider, not with Sandia Office Supply. Their terms, eligibility checks and any fees are theirs. We are paid in full at the point of sale and your refund rights with us are unchanged.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies, based on the delivery address. The total displayed before you confirm is the total that will be charged.

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no funds are taken. An authorisation hold may briefly appear on your statement and is released by your bank automatically. Contact your card issuer first, as we receive no information about why a payment was refused.

We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
