Every order from Sandia Office Supply ships with tracking. Here is how to follow it and what to do when the tracking stops making sense.
1. Find your tracking number
When your order is dispatched we email a shipping confirmation containing the carrier name, the tracking number and a link. Check your spam folder before assuming it did not arrive. If you created an account, the same details are under My Account → Orders.
2. Track your parcel
Enter the tracking number on the carrier’s own website. We ship with USPS, UPS, and the confirmation email tells you which carrier has your parcel.
3. Nothing is showing yet
Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first scan. Until the parcel reaches a sorting facility the number exists but has no events attached to it — this is normal and is not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
4. When to expect delivery
Handling takes 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat) and transit takes 5–10 business days (Mon–Sat), giving 6–13 business days from order placement. Weekends and United States public holidays are excluded.
5. Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived
- Check any porch, side gate, mail room or safe place the carrier may have used.
- Ask neighbours — parcels are frequently left next door.
- Wait one business day; parcels are occasionally scanned as delivered a little early.
- Still missing? Email [email protected] with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation.
6. Tracking has not moved for several days
Parcels can sit at a sorting hub during severe weather or peak periods. If there has been no scan for five business days, contact us and we will chase it.
